Shipping policy

Typically we ship out any order within 2-5 days(depending on nature of product)  upon payment reflecting in our bank account, or if payment has been done through PayFast, and there is  availability of stock on hand.

If stock is not on hand, we generally get stock either on a Monday (if the order is placed during the week) or Friday (if the order is placed on a Monday). We will communicate this through call, then email, in order to make sure you're comfortable with the wait, however we are more than happy to refund you if you can't wait the hold.

COURIER INSURANCE

Courier insurance is covered by our couriers insurance terms and conditions and their process shall be followed if a claim needs to be logged. Our courier service provider does not cover breakables and we don’t cover once it leaves our premises. Each item is bubble wrapped and checked prior to shipping, the use of fragile stickers are clear on the packaging. 

LOCAL SHIPPING

Duration for shipping would be same day or overnight within Gauteng and general 2-3 days when shipping to other provinces in South Africa.

The partners we use are either:

- The Courier Guy

- Dawn Wing

- Courier IT

- Fastway

On most orders they are fulfilled through The Courier Guy/ Fastway, but in instances that they aren't available we offer the other two or if we are in your area one of our staff members would personally do the delivery as well.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Prior to finalizing the order please send us an email at hello@adoregifts.co.za and we will be more than happy to arrange for shipment to be done at an additional cost which is subject to change.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES

Customs and duty charges are on you as the buyer, as we unfortunately don't have control as to the various customs and duty procedures in various countries.
